The lower hinge on the door covering the fridge was broken, a fact not reported by staff when they checked the mini bar. We asked for our room to be cleaned as we went out for 5 hour tour. Came back, not cleaned. Was informed that room would be cleaned “by 5pm” Were only given cushions for our outside chairs on the second day. 1Euro a bag for bell boy to move them from room to reception?
